LAU Coronavirus Tele care
In their continuing efforts to contain and mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 viral pandemic and as measure of social responsibility, the LAU Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine and its Dean Dr. Michel Mawad, have established the “LAU Coronavirus Tele care”.
This is a virtual clinic managed and run by physicians from the LAU Gilbert and Rose-Marie Chagoury School of Medicine, designed to address the concerns and medical questions of the community at large. Patients can interact live with experts in the field and seek advice and recommendations about their symptoms, the need for testing, the necessity for quarantine, the need for hospital admission and the various measures of protection about either contracting the virus or spreading it. This service is completely free of charge.
