Crisis Resource Management Workshop
This workshop offered its participants the opportunity to practice managing crisis that arise during the perioperative multidisciplinary care of high-risk surgical patients. It included multiple scenarios using high fidelity patient simulation, real clinical teams and debriefing in an informal atmosphere under the guidance of experienced faculty:
